Responsibilities:
Manage pricing and billing activities, including RTI unbilled domestic invoice processing.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including petty cash management and reconciliations.
Oversee stock and inventory management for the centralized warehouse.
Coordinate vendor management activities, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service follow-ups, and contract compliance.
Process vendor invoices, follow up with vendors, and submit invoices through Esker.
Support vendor qualification, performance reviews, and quarterly vendor assessments.
Provide payroll-related information and support payroll processing for branch operations.
Prepare and maintain weekly petty cash reports.
Manage administrative activities, including office supplies procurement, housekeeping coordination, office bills, and rental administration.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, HR activities, and festive celebrations.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of vendor and administrative matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Professional accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.) may be advantageous but are usually not mandatory for entry-level roles. as SAP is beneficial. .
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on financial matters. accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
