Job title: BIM Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (work form office)
Education
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM Modeling.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, large commercial/residential developments, infrastructure projects, or industrial projects.
- Middle East or international project experience preferred.
- Experience in precast / prefabrication modeling and detailing is highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for developing detailed BIM models and construction documentation.
- Prepare design drawings, shop drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Perform rebar detailing and reinforcement modeling for structural elements using BIM workflows.
- Develop precast/prefabricated concrete models, assemblies, and related detailing drawings.
- Knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination, clash detection, and model review.
- Support project teams in preparing coordination drawings and resolving multidisciplinary clashes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Rebar Detailing and reinforcement documentation.
- Experience in Precast / Prefabrication Modeling and Detailing.
- Experience working on High-Rise Buildings.
- Exposure to Middle East, UK, US, Australia, or other international projects.
- Familiarity with LOD 300, LOD 350, LOD 400, and As-Built BIM deliverables.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination workflows and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
