About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dedicated PGT Physics & Chemistry Teachers to teach students of Grades XI & XII. The ideal candidates will have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, and CUET.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics or Chemistry to Senior Secondary students (Grades XI & XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Plan lesson plans, assignments, practical sessions, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory experiments while ensuring laboratory safety standards.
- Prepare students for Board Examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial and enrichment classes.
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and school activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Ensure discipline, classroom engagement, and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or Chemistry (Relevant Subject).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification is an added advantage.
- 2–8 years of teaching experience in CBSE or equivalent curriculum.
- Freshers with excellent academic records and subject knowledge may also apply.
