As a Junior Production Engineer for Color Sorter Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in assembling, calibrating, and testing our high-tech optical sorting machines. This role bridges mechanical assembly, electronics, and software integration. You will support the production floor in optimizing assembly lines, troubleshooting camera/sensor calibration issues, and ensuring every machine meets stringent sorting-accuracy standards before dispatch.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing (internships in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or robotics are highly preferred).
Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of optoelectronics, camera systems, pneumatics (solenoid valves/air compressors), and sensor technology.
Skills & Tools Ability to read complex engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
