Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve campaign outcomes.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, remarketing, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-volume lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
