Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and be capable of independently handling site-related electrical activities while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery and utilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Monitor electrical load distribution and ensure efficient utilization of power systems.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
- Supervise electrical installations, commissioning, and project execution activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and breakdown reports.
- Assist in procurement of electrical components and evaluate technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, panels, and control circuits.
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of LT/HT systems and industrial electrical practices.
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering documentation.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project environments.
- Experience in plant maintenance and electrical project execution preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
