We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive who will own the commercial success of our mobile applications by increasing installs, subscriptions, user engagement, and revenue.
Position Overview
The E-commerce Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring users and increasing paid subscriptions.
Working closely with the Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams, the successful candidate will develop and execute growth strategies that transform the mobile apps into a significant revenue channel.
Key Responsibilities
1. App Growth Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to grow:
- App installs
- Daily Active Users (DAU)
- Monthly Active Users (MAU)
- Returning users
- Paid subscribers
- Revenue
Continuously identify new growth opportunities.
2. Subscription Growth
Own the complete subscription funnel.
Improve:
- Free-to-paid conversion
- Subscription purchases
- Trial conversion
- Renewal rates
- Customer retention
- Upsell opportunities
- Win-back campaigns
Monitor subscription performance and optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional offers.
3. Revenue Optimization
Maximize app revenue through:
- Subscription plans
- In-app purchases
- Advertising optimization
- Seasonal campaigns
- Cross-selling
- Promotional offers
- Bundled products
Balance monetization with a seamless user experience.
4. User Acquisition
Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase high-quality installs through:
- Paid acquisition campaigns
- Referral programs
- Partnerships
Track acquisition costs and optimize return on investment.
5. Promotional Campaigns
Plan and execute campaigns around:
- Major holidays
- Seasonal occasions
- New feature launches
- Subscription offers
- App-exclusive content
- Referral incentives
Measure campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
6. Analytics & Performance
Monitor key business metrics, including:
- Installs
- Cost per Install (CPI)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion Rate
- Subscription Revenue
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
