Calling Customer and Contact customers through calls,regarding pending payments.
follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
Negotiate payment plans and commitments from customers.
Update collection remarks and customer responses in the system.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Escalate disputed or difficult cases to the concerned team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
