Job Description:
We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Chat Support process in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer queries through chat and providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries through chat.
- Provide accurate and professional resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain response-time, quality and CSAT targets.
- Ensure excellent written communication and customer service.
- Follow company processes, guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Chat Support.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
