The Operations & Business Manager serves as the central leadership point between the founders, internal teams, clients, artists, sponsors, and external partners. This individual will oversee the complete functioning of all three Ezone Entertainment verticals, ensuring smooth operations, business growth, execution quality, and team coordination
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across Ezone Live, Ezone Campus, and Ezone Studio
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments and verticals
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and execution quality for all projects
- Maintain operational efficiency and reporting systems
- Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve proactively
Team Management
- Manage internal teams and department coordinators
- Conduct daily team briefings, assign responsibilities, and review performance
- Build accountability culture and enforce workflow discipline
- Handle hiring coordination, onboarding, and team capacity planning
- Support team motivation and professional development
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Build relationships with brands, sponsors, venues, colleges, and clients
- Generate and convert leads for all three verticals
- Support founders in expansion strategies across Kerala and nationally
Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships
- Lead full-cycle sponsorship acquisition, identification to closure
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for brand meetings
- Manage sponsor relationships before, during, and after events
- Ensure all sponsor deliverables are documented and executed
- Track category exclusivity and contractual obligations
Event & Project Execution
- Supervise event planning and production coordination end-to-end
- Coordinate vendors, artists, production teams, and venue management
- Maintain event quality standards and safety compliance
- Handle emergency problem-solving and on-ground crisis management
Ticketing & Revenue Tracking
- Monitor all ticketing platforms (Bookmyshow, Insider, Paytm, etc.) daily
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with marketing to drive ticket sales
- Prepare ticket sales reports and revenue summaries for directors
- Analyze audience data to inform future event planning
Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts and finance team on budgets and approvals
- Track project budgets, expenses, and variance against plans
- Monitor payment collections from clients and sponsors
- Ensure timely vendor settlements and reconciliation
- Maintain overall financial discipline across all projects
Reporting & Strategy
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to founders
- Participate in strategic planning and expansion discussions
- Suggest operational improvements, cost-saving measures, and growth ideas

Technical Skills
- Event production understanding (stage, sound, light, AV, crowd management)
- Budget handling and financial literacy

- MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail)
