Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development within the Residential/Commercial Construction or Interior Design Industry (Mandatory)
- Experience in Franchise Development and implementing systems and procedures
- Strong focus on target achievement, project closures, and collections
- Excellent people management and crisis management skills
- Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to corporate growth
