Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Part-Time Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and AI-powered marketing tools. If you're passionate about leveraging AI to create impactful marketing campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and grow Refill Health's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, ad copies, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Utilize AI tools to generate content, marketing ideas, creatives, and automate marketing workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar AI-powered marketing tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a startup environment.
