We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage reception, visitor handling, call coordination, and day-to-day front desk activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in front office operations, communication, record maintenance, and administrative coordination, ensuring a professional first impression for clients, guests, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
- Attend and route incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries to the concerned departments promptly.
- Welcome clients, vendors, interview candidates, and guests, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth meeting arrangements.
- Maintain visitor registers, courier records, gate passes, and incoming/outgoing mail documentation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and basic office administration support.
- Handle front office correspondence, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication.
- Support HR and administration teams in interview coordination, joining formalities, and employee communication when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in front office, reception, administration, or customer handling roles.
- Good command over MS Office, email communication, and register maintenance.
- Strong hands-on experience in front office and reception management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of telephone etiquette, visitor handling, and correspondence management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and record maintenance.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable personality with a professional and courteous attitude.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
