Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Sales Engineer based in Bangalore to handle sales, marketing, and payment collection for our industrial products/services. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth payment recovery from clients in Karnataka and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients (industries, contractors, builders, etc.)
- Promote company products/services through field visits, calls, and online leads
- Conduct site visits and give product demos or technical explanations
- Submit quotations, follow up on orders, and convert leads into sales
- Maintain and grow existing client base
Marketing Support
- Execute local marketing activities such as product display, participation in trade shows, or digital promotions
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis
Payment Collection & Account Coordination
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payment collection
- Maintain payment records, invoice follow-ups, and report outstanding balances
- Coordinate with accounts team for receipts and documentation
Reporting & Travel
- Submit daily/weekly reports to Head Office
- Regular travel within Bangalore and nearby industrial areas
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Marketing
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales (preferably B2B / Industrial)
- Resident of Bangalore (local candidates only)
- Should own a two-wheeler with valid license
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and WhatsApp business communication
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
