We are looking for a highly responsible and performance-driven branch manager to lead and manage the overall operations of our academy branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth daily operations while achieving business and academic goals.
The branch manager will be responsible for overseeing admissions, sales performance, student experience, staff coordination, and branch growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the branch
- Lead and supervise sales, academic, and administrative teams
- Ensure monthly admission and revenue targets are achieved
- Monitor staff performance and maintain operational discipline
- Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely course execution
- Handle student and parent communication professionally
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and branch experience
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities for branch growth
- Ensure proper documentation, attendance, and process management
