Job Summary
The Office Boy is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative, housekeeping, and messenger support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling office errands, assisting with document management, and supporting various departments as required.
Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas.
- Arrange meeting rooms before meetings and clean them after use.
- Ensure office furniture and equipment are kept clean and properly arranged.
- Report maintenance issues related to office facilities or equipment.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
General Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and office discipline.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum SSC (10th Pass); HSC preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Peon.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Six-day working week with a rotational weekly off as per company policy.
- May be required to work beyond regular office hours based on operational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
