We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Credit Analyst / Loan Documentation & Financial Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for verifying loan-related documents, conducting financial analysis of clients, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring all documentation complies with company policies before loan sanction.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and scrutinize all loan application documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Analyze clients' financial statements, including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit & Loss Account
- Bank Statements
- Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- GST Returns
- Cash Flow Statements
- Evaluate clients' financial health, repayment capacity, and creditworthiness.
- Perform ratio analysis and prepare financial assessment reports.
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and red flags in financial documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to obtain missing or additional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare loan recommendation reports for management approval.
- Maintain accurate records of client files and loan documentation.
- Support the loan sanction and disbursement process by ensuring timely completion of documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Ability to read and interpret Balance Sheets, P&L Accounts, and other financial reports.
- Understanding of business loans, working capital loans, LAP, and unsecured loans.
- Knowledge of financial ratio analysis and credit appraisal.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
