Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to customers for airline ticket bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Provide information on holiday packages, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and travel policies.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing and travel processes is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and destination partners
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
