Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Executive who can help build and strengthen the 22Yards family.
This role goes beyond traditional HR—you'll play a key role in hiring, employee engagement, performance tracking, compliance, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates across operations, ground staff, marketing, customer support, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Plan workforce requirements based on business needs.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct smooth onboarding for all new employees.
- Organize induction programs to familiarize employees with company culture, policies, and processes.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
Attendance & Workforce Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance.
- Track employee Check-In & Check-Out records.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Ensure punctuality and discipline across teams.
Performance & KPI Management
- Track and maintain KPI reports for all employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor performance.
- Maintain monthly performance dashboards.
- Support performance review discussions.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Conduct monthly team meetings and feedback sessions.
- Support employee wellness initiatives.
- Work on improving employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle HR letters, policies, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Asset Management
- Maintain accountability for employee assets including:
- Mobile phones
- SIM cards
- Laptops
- ID cards
- Other company-issued equipment
- Track asset allocation and recovery during employee exit.
Employee Insurance & Compliance
- Coordinate employee insurance enrollment and renewals.
- Maintain insurance records for all employees.
- Assist employees with insurance-related documentation.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Build a positive and collaborative work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience in sports, events, hospitality, or startup companies.
- Knowledge of attendance management systems and HRMS software.
