We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Store Visual Merchandiser to bring OGAAN's luxury aesthetic to life across our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, styling, and visual storytelling, ensuring every display reflects the brand's identity while creating an inspiring shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute in-store visual presentations, seasonal installations and window displays, aligned with OGAAN's brand identity.
Style mannequins, display tables, and focal areas to showcase collections and drive customer engagement.
Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across all boutiques while adapting displays to store-specific requirements.
Partner with Store Managers and Merchandising teams to optimize product placement, stock rotation, and replenishment. Collaborative display & installations with fashion designers will also come into play.
Ensure store ambience through effective lighting, props, signage, and display maintenance.
Support new collection launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional installations.
Train store teams on visual merchandising standards, display upkeep, and product presentation.
Stay updated on fashion, design, and retail trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the in-store experience.
Qualifications & Experience
5–8 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail.
Skills
Strong aesthetic sense and styling capabilities.
Excellent understanding of luxury visual merchandising and space planning.
High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to create displays that drive sales.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
