Call insurance companies in the US to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.

Check claim status and resolve billing issues.

Handle denials, rejections, and payment delays.

Maintain accurate notes and updates in the billing system.

Work with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Good English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in night shifts.

Good listening and problem-solving ability.

Basic understanding of medical billing is an added advantage.
