Position: Sales Manager-Real Estate

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Experience: 5 to 7 Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

 Investor Engagement & Deal Closure

 Interact with HNI and investor clients for commercial office investments

 Present the project, its positioning, and investment potential

 Lead end-to-end deal cycles — from first interaction to closureInvestment Advisory

 Explain ROI, rental yield, leasing potential, and appreciation outlook

 Guide investors on asset performance and income generation

 Structure conversations around investment logic, not just pricingLeasing & Market

Understanding

 Understand tenant demand, leasing cycles, and rental benchmarks

 Provide insights on tenant profiles and leasing potential

 Align investor expectations with real market dynamicsProject Representation

(Developer Side)

 Communicate design intent, construction quality, and timelines

 Work closely with internal architecture and development teams

 Represent the project as a long-term commercial assetLead Management &

Relationship Building

 Handle qualified investor leads and maintain strong follow-ups

 Build long-term relationships with investors and repeat buyers

 Generate referrals through existing networks
