Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through calls, emails, and chats. You will address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, International Voice Process, or BPO is preferred.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer support platforms.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
