We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and highly organized Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property while residing on-site. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations, staff coordination, and an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure service standards are met
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for guests, staff, and vendors
- Supervise, schedule, and support front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Handle guest issues, emergencies, and after-hours situations promptly
- Monitor reservations, occupancy, and front office operations
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Manage cash handling, basic reporting, and operational records
- Enforce staff policies and provide training and performance oversight
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or operations management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to live on-site and be available as needed, including nights and weekends
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using property management systems and basic computer software
- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a hotel, lodge, or residential property
- Familiarity with systems such as Ezee Absolute, Cloudbeds, or similar software
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and safety procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
