About the Role:
We’re hiring target-driven Senior Admission Counsellors. Who will run admissions end-to-end (counselling → enrolment → payment collection → documentation). This is a on-site role that requires professionalism, sales grit, and excellent closing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel interested candidates by making outbound calls.
- Explain programs, fee structures and admission timelines clearly.
- Drive end-to-end admissions: application support, document collection, fee/payment collection and enrolment closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records, counselling notes and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payment processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or BTech or MTech or any Technical field
- 2–5 years’ proven experience in B2C Sales. EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Customer-centric approach, nurturing leads and ability to build trust,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
Required Skills:
- Must be highly Presentable and Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written), Strong in Negotiation and Closing skills
- Professional, Proactive and Target-driven
Note: Based on your previous experience, skills and interview evaluation you will be considered for either the Admission Counsellor or Senior Admission Counsellor position.
