Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil and English (verbal and written communication).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors will be preferred.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and chats.
- Maintain professional communication with customers in Tamil and English.
- Escalate issues when required and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
