Head of Factory Operations

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Factory Operations to lead our manufacturing operations for Mithai, Namkeen, Farsan, Bakery, and Dry Fruit products. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for production, quality, food safety, inventory, people management, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage factory operations and overall manufacturing performance.
- Drive production planning, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Lead production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.
- Manage factory P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
- Develop SOPs and implement best manufacturing practices.
- Drive new product development and process improvements.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
- 8–10 years in a leadership role managing factory operations.
- Mandatory experience in Mithai, Namkeen, Farsan, Sweets, Bakery, or Food Processing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, production planning, and team management.
- Proven experience in managing factory P&L and driving operational excellence.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
