Job Description:
- Use primary and secondary research techniques/ existing database/ customer list to identify and confirm potential customers.
- Identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
- Handle the queries of the customers.
- Categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the sales team.
- Co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience into IT services ONLY and should have 1 to 3 years of Lead Generation experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Internet savvy, and love reading and learning about technology and IT Industry.
- College graduate in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Computer Application, Business Administration or Marketing.
- Previous experience in any lead generation tool will be an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic to be part of a growing company, want to make a career in IT sales.
