Roles and Responsibilities of an MBA Faculty
- Deliver engaging lectures in core and elective MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and Business Analytics.
- Integrate case studies, simulations, and real-world business scenarios into classroom teaching to enhance practical learning.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and digital learning resources aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess student performance by grading assignments, examinations, presentations, and project reports, while providing constructive feedback.
Research and Publication
- Conduct high-quality research and publish articles in peer-reviewed and indexed academic journals.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Pursue research grants, consultancy assignments, and collaborative projects with industry and academic institutions.
Student Mentorship and Development
- Mentor MBA students in internships, live industry projects, dissertations, and research activities.
- Support students in career planning, placement preparation, and professional development.
- Coordinate student clubs, organize guest lectures, workshops, competitions, and other co-curricular activities to enhance leadership and managerial skills.
Institutional and Industry Engagement
- Review and update the curriculum to reflect emerging industry trends, technological advancements, and accreditation requirements.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with businesses and industry leaders to facilitate corporate interactions, factory visits, internships, and collaborative initiatives.
- Contribute actively to departmental committees, admissions, quality assurance activities, accreditation processes, and institutional events.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
