Job Summary
Plus UAE Group of Companies is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for internal and client projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders, management, and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are accurately translated into functional and technical documentation.
This role requires expertise in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Documents (SRD/SRS), process workflows, use cases, and project documentation that support successful software, automation, and business transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Understand business objectives, operational workflows, and system requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Documentation & Specification Development
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Develop System Requirement Documents (SRD/SRS) for software and technology projects.
- Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Document business rules, workflows, integrations, and data requirements.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Design & Workflow Mapping
- Develop process flow diagrams, workflow charts, and system interaction maps.
- Create use cases, user journeys, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with management, clients, developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and document approvals.
- Clarify requirements and manage change requests throughout project execution.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical deliverables.
Quality Assurance Support
- Assist in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in BRD, SRD/SRS, and FRD preparation.
- Business process analysis and workflow documentation.
- Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.

Qualifications

- Experience working on software development, ERP, CRM, automation, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
