Job Overview Lit Growth Agency is looking for a Video Editor who can bring creative ideas to life through video content. If you have a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and an understanding of digital content trends, this role is for you! You will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brand campaigns, and corporate projects. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the brand presence of our clients by creating engaging and impactful video content.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animated visuals
- Edit short-form and long-form video content
- Design engaging reels, ads, promos, and social media creatives
- Add animations, transitions, kinetic typography, sound effects, and visual effects
- Collaborate with the creative team for concepts and execution
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality
- Manage revisions and maintain organized project files
Requirements:
Good knowledge of:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling
- Typography, transitions, and pacing
- Social media trends and reel-style editing
- Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio/showreel required
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Blender (optional)
- Basic 3D animation knowledge is a plus
- Experience with ad creatives and branding content
- Good experience in Motion Graphics or After Effects skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
