A Fitness Trainer helps clients improve their physical fitness, strength, and overall health by creating personalized exercise programs and guiding them during workouts.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health conditions.
- Design personalized workout plans based on individual needs.
- Demonstrate and explain proper exercise techniques.
- Monitor clients during workouts to ensure safety and correct form.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide basic advice on nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy habits.
- Track and record clients’ progress and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and workout areas.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of fitness exercises and body mechanics
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to train individuals or groups
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and health
- Achieving sales targets set by the company.
