About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and online growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and campaign analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Generate quality leads through digital channels.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Develop creative campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools.
- Improve website rankings on search engines.
- Coordinate with developers for website updates and optimization.
Content Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation, social media management, and paid advertising.

- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, FMCG, E-commerce, or Service Industry Marketing.
- Ability to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Note:
Candidates with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Lead Generation, and Social Media Marketing will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
