Position: Water Analyst
Location: Rourkela, Odisha
Minimum Qualification
- Master's Degree in Science or equivalent, preferably in Chemistry.
- Candidates with specialization in Environmental Science, Analytical Chemistry, or related disciplines may also be considered.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water quality analysis, preferably in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and/or Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw water, treated water, and effluent samples.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintain accurate records of test results.
- Monitor compliance with prescribed water quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper calibration, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare analysis reports and communicate findings to plant operations personnel.
- Assist in chemical dosing optimization and process performance monitoring.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality control protocols.
