- Manage daily operations of assigned holiday homes.
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out.
- Respond promptly to guest calls and messages.
- Inspect properties before guest arrival and after departure.
- Coordinate housekeeping to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Arrange maintenance and repairs (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Manage laundry of linens, towels, and other essentials.
- Restock guest amenities (toiletries, water, tea/coffee, etc.).
- Coordinate with property owners and provide regular updates.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all keys, locks, and smart lock systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain occupancy records, maintenance logs, and inventory.
- Help improve guest ratings by delivering excellent service.
- Be available for urgent guest issues, including evenings or weekends when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
