We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with people, learning new things, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for order execution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients until order completion.
- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Update CRM/Excel with customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Visit clients when required within Delhi NCR.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business.
Desired Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to negotiate and convince customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
