Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns for student admissions and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Lead Generation Campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive quality student admissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase student admissions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Configure and maintain Meta Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Track website and landing page performance.
- Monitor lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience implementing and managing Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of Conversion Tracking and Analytics.
- Understanding of Lead Generation Funnels.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in running successful lead generation campaigns.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
