Field Sales Consultant (FSC)
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Field Sales Consultants to promote and sell the company's automobile products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable with field work, and be capable of achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new customer leads through field activities.
- Promote and sell the company's range of vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Products to be Sold
The selected candidates will be responsible for selling products across multiple automobile segments, including:
- Tractors
- Buses & Trucks
- Personal Vehicles
- Electric Vehicles (EVs)
- Commercial Vehicles
- Three-Wheelers
- Electric Three-Wheelers
Eligibility CriteriaExperience
Field Sales Consultant (FSC):
- 1–5 years of relevant field sales experience.
White Collar Positions:
- 5–12 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Age
Vehicle Requirement
- A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for the Field Sales Consultant role.
CompensationSalary
Blue Collar Roles:
- ₹9,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
White Collar Roles:
- Salary will be offered based on the candidate's last drawn salary and relevant experience.
