Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Support sales and service teams in enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
- Conduct regular customer feedback and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, telesales, or a similar role.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary Pass) and above
- Strong customer convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
