Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce-
based ERP solutions for our university operations. The role involves building and enhancing modules such as
Admissions, Hostel Management, Transport Management, No-Dues, Examination Management, Fee
Management, and Community Portal within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs
- Create Flows (Record-triggered, Scheduled, Screen flows)
- Customize page layouts and Lightning pages
- Design role hierarchy and sharing rules
Module Development
- Build and maintain modules such as:
- Student Management
- Hostel Management System
- Transport Management
- Online No-Dues Process
- Examination Management
- Fee & Accounts Integration
- Community Portal for students
- Automate approval workflows
- Develop dashboards and reports
Integration & API Development
- Integrate Salesforce with:
- Payment gateway
- SMS / Email gateway
- WhatsApp API
- AI Proctoring system
- ERP modules
- Develop REST / SOAP APIs
- Work with third-party vendors for integrations
Data & Security Management
- Manage data migration
- Implement field-level security
- Configure profiles & permission sets
- Ensure GDPR/data compliance where applicable
- Maintain audit logs
Support & Optimization
- Provide ongoing support to departments
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues
- Optimize automation and workflows
- Ensure system uptime during critical processes (Admissions, Exams)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- Salesforce Certification preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
- Platform Developer I (Preferred)
- Platform Developer II (Good to have)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components
- SOQL / SOSL
- Flow Builder
- Experience in Education / ERP domain preferred
- Experience in Marketing Cloud (optional but preferred)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per year
