Qualification - Graduate / PG in HR
Years of Experience - Minimum 7 Years in HR
Work Profile -
1. strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws, excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
2. The role includes recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll management, statutory compliance, and HR generalist activities.
3. Experience in the shipping industry will be an added advantage.
