Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our luxury real estate sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) customers, as well as extensive experience in luxury sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong client relationship management, and in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market.
Your responsibilities:

Client acquisition and business development through direct/indirect sales.

End to End ownership of Sales and Marketing activities

Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term retention

Design and develop customer development plans and execute the same
-
Work on on-boarding channel partners and engage them effectively

Conduct BTL and ATL activities as required and work in lead generation

Penetrate in to NRI markets and effectively make closures
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicate with effectively with leadership

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and train the team across locations

Expertise in Real Estate Domain and area knowledge of Hyderabad is a must

Strong PR relationship with ability reach omni channels

Meeting monthly targets across projects is mandatory

Managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs

Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

Attend trade shows and conventions as needed
Skill sets/Experience we require:

8+ years proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Area Manager or related roles

Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

Experience in sales forecasting and building a customer base

Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators

Familiarity with CRM software

Good communication & presentation skills

Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset

Need to travel as needed
Pedigree:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
-
MBA in Sales & Marketing is mandatory
