Job Summary:*
We are looking for a *Business Analyst* to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze processes, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new systems, features, and processes within the company.
- Work closely with the HR, sales, and product teams to optimize business strategies.
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Assist in creating user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct performance analysis to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
*Key Requirements:*
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and payroll systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in working with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
