Job Summary:
MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Trainee Planning Engineer to join our Operations and Planning team. This role offers hands-on experience in material planning, SAP-based requirement planning, and coordination with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement MRP for branches to meet customer demands
- Generate material requirement plans in SAP based on branch/customer demand
- Coordinate with internal departments and pan-India branches to ensure on-time deliverables
- Work with the logistics team to address material shortages promptly
- Coordinate with the Door Production team for smooth delivery of Standard and Non-Standard orders
- Plan and monitor operations and prepare weekly planning sheets to support the production team and resolve issues
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/SAP systems
- Strong material planning and organizational skills
- Basic team coordination and management abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in Planning, Production, or Client Coordination
