- Counsel parents and students with regards to the academic programmes.
- Advise students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures
- Contribute to the institutional database of prospective/potential and current students in the state.
- Prepare reports and proposals, and respond to inquiries from students and external agencies.
- Handle email enquiries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
