Tech Lead (DevOps)
Remote | Full-time, Permanent
Lucien Solutions is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong DevOps expertise to lead engineering, manage cloud infrastructure, define system architecture, and mentor the development team while actively contributing to product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team and mentor engineers.
- Design system architecture and define the technology stack.
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployments, and security.
- Collaborate with founders and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with team leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with frontend, backend, system design, APIs, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML or modern data tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
