We are looking for an experience Sales Executive who would be responsbile for generating quality leads for House Tenant Sales in Pune.He would engage with prospects to sell YourOwnRoom managed rental houses (residential).Folks with 1-3 years of experience in field of sales/business development should apply.

Job Details

1) Assesment of the city/cluster demand potential 2) Mapping demand clusers to different available inventory options 3) Involve both online/desk research and meetings 4) Field visits to YourOwnRoom inventories to show and explain the property to the prospects 5) Meet monthly targets for the area.

Minimum Qualification

Prior Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business development or field sales in the context of retail expansion, real estate, hotels or hospitality can apply. Key Skill Sets:Ability to independently meet and represent YourOwnRoom with property owners and large builders/developers.
