- Lead Generation: Identify prospects and create new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product/service demonstrations and tailored sales proposals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client inquiries, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue data using CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
