Reporting to: Ashutosh Kumar, Associate Professor, School of Arts and Sciences
Duration: 1 year (can be extended up to three years based on performance)
Role Summary: The RA will take a lead on a GSBTM funded project “A Multi-Target siRNA-DMARD Nanomedicine Platform for Targeting Metabolic and Inflammatory Dysregulation in Rheumatoid arthritis” and do the project related work. The major duties will involve conducting experiments, analyse data, write and publish manuscripts, write and apply for research grants and mentor PhD and undergraduate students.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute experiments relevant to the project.
- Analyse and interpret various sets of experimental data.
- Draft and publish manuscripts for research publication and prepare grant proposals for research funding.
- Provide guidance and training to incoming PhD scholars and undergraduate students.
Key Skills
- Extensive research background in Nanobiotechnology or at the intersection of materials and biology.
- Proficient in cell culture practices and molecular biology techniques.
- Strong proficiency in scientific writing for research papers and grant writing.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Desirable
- Preference will be given to researchers with hands-on experience in in vitro and in vivo models.
- Experience in Flow cytometry, Microscopy, and Immunological experiments.
Qualification: PhD from a reputed University/Institute with an outstanding publications record in high-impact factor peer-reviewed journals.
