Job Description:
- Should have understanding of basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
Role Details
- Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours
- Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge
- Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
- IT Support, non-voice process
- Excellent written and oral communication.
